Ingredients:
1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix

1 ½ cups cold milk

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 ½ cups Golden Oreos, roughly chopped

1 cup fresh raspberries (or thawed frozen raspberries, gently drained)

Optional: zest of 1 lemon for extra zing

Instructions:
Make the Pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant lemon pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

Fold in Fluff: Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and combined.

Add Mix-Ins: Stir in mini marshmallows, chopped Golden Oreos, and lemon zest if using.
